Lasers, semiconductor emitters and systems

                       1st International Conference
LASERS, SEMICONDUCTOR EMITTERS AND SYSTEMS (LSES Minsk 2022)
                      May 23–27, 2022, Minsk, Belarus

The International Conference “Lasers, semiconductor emitters and systems (LSES Minsk 2022)” will be held for the first time in Minsk in May 2022. It is as a successor of the Seminars “Semiconductor lasers and systems”, which were organized by the B.I. Stepanov Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for over 20 years. The conference will include presentations of review and original scientific reports covering a wide range of topics both in the physics, technology and applications of laser emitters, including diode-pumped solid-state lasers, laser diodes, quantum cascade lasers, electronically and optically excited lasers and other types of laser sources and receivers of radiation, and in the physics and technology of creating semiconductor materials, heterostructures and optoelectronic devices based on them.

The conference will be held in “face-to-face mode” (Minsk, Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus) with the possibility of on-line participation on Zoom platform.

Conference working languages: Russian and English.

Scientific program: plenary, invited, oral and poster presentations, round table.

Chairman of the Conference: Director of the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (Minsk, Belarus) Maxim Vladimirovich Bogdanovich.

Chairman of the Program Committee: Director of the Ioffe Institute (St.-Petersburg, Russia) Ivanov Sergey Viktorovich.

Chairman of the Organizing Committee: Head of the Center of Laser technique and technology of the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Ryabtsev Gennadii Ivanovich:   e-mail: ryabtsev@ifanbel.bas-net.by, +375-17-270-83-98 (off.), +375-29-120-97-41 (mobile).
